The payroll frequency is up to you: Typically, our industry runs Bi-Weekly payroll, but we have the ability to offer: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly, or Monthly.

Submitting Payroll

GolfPay has the ability to receive payroll through custom excel spreadsheets, automated time clock systems, online submittal from your manager, or even fax!
Our software is specifically formatted for employees receiving tips and employees working in multiple departments with varying wages. We have detailed information from actual courses that have experimented with varying strategies for timekeeping systems and we are able to guide you to the most viable and cost affective approach.

Tax Service

We take the burden of performing your full tax service
Golf-Pay takes responsibility for accurate and timely filings of your tax payments.
GolfPay submits your Federal tax, Federal unemployment tax, state tax, state unemployment tax, and local tax (when applicable) withholdings, and files your Quarterly reports.

GolfPay Checks

Our checks have your Company Name Listed
Our live checks and direct deposit checks track vacation/sick accruals based on your accrual policy. Checks are delivered to you the next day via bonded courier.

Employee Self-Serve

Each employee may view their check detail online including deductions, accruals, and pay history. You, the employer, are able to reduce paper and go green with this web-based feature. Employees are able to print past check history for loans or other needs. W2s are available to view at year end.

New Hire Reporting

New hire reporting provided to the state on your behalf.

General Ledger:

GolfPay creates a journal entry based on your specific chart of accounts. For many clients, GolfPay can create a file to import into your accounting system.

Garnishment Payments

Our system will deduct the funds from the employee’s wages based on the garnishment document and make payment to the appropriate agency.

Workers Compensation

Workers Compensation premiums will be drafted from your account. A Workers Compensation report provides the data necessary for your audit based on eligible wages. The report crosses years to match the timeframe of your policy.
